Tobacco Dock has launched Tobacco Dock Food, a brand new in-house catering service that has been developed through an exclusive partnership with Tapenade after an extensive tender process.
Tobacco Dock Food will range from street food to fine dining, catering for the needs of all the different types of events happening at the venue (no pun intended).
Alex Campbell, who was headhunted from the Royal Society of Arts and was previously sales and marketing director at Dish, will lead the Tobacco Dock Food team. Joining Campbell will be Harriet Powley, as operations manager.
Known internationally for their unparalleled pedigree in terms of food credentials, Tobacco Dock has had some of the country’s most famous chefs and restaurants serving dishes in the venue, including Monica Galetti, Tom Kitchin, José Pizarro and Dan Doherty and has even hosted Noma’s only pop-up in the UK.
